Yong Zhu

About him:

Dr. Zhu is a senior scientist from the Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition at General Mills. In his current role, he leads nutrition research projects with a focus on clinical trials and epidemiological studies. Dr. Zhu received his doctoral degree in Nutritional Sciences from Iowa State University and completed a postdoctoral training at the Department of Epidemiology at the University of Iowa.
