Jaimee Hughes

About her:

Ms Jaimee Hughes is the Nutrition Manager of the Grains & Legumes Nutrition Council. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong. In her role as Nutrition Manager, Jaimee oversees various nutrition projects that aim to understand and communicate the health benefits of grains and legumes, including the GLNC rolling food product audit to monitor grain and legume foods in the Australian food supply. She manages the GLNC Code of Practice for Whole Grain Ingredient Content Claims, working with food industry to promote on pack communication of whole grain content.
